Kegel exercise helps cure erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic
bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs.
Watch the video below to get an idea on how to preform kegel exercise. You will have to try several times before you can locate and
identify your PC muscle.
1. Try to stop the flow of urine while urinating. If you are able to do this, then you are using the right muscles.
2. Imagine that you are trying to stop passing gas. If you feel a “pulling” sensation in your buttocks and rectum, then you are using the right muscles.
3. Do not use other muscles while doing the exercises. Once you identify the right muscles, you can do these exercises at anytime.

The main benefit men get out of exercising their PC muscle is the vastly increased control over ejaculation. A well-toned PC muscle can stop the flow of
urine, but it can also stop the flow of semen. Therefore, exercises help men gain control over the ejaculation, especially to those who suffer from
premature ejaculation.
